Summary

By using Kebo QR, you are agreeing to these rules. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the Service.

1. Age Restrictions and Account Creation

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Service. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kebo QR. Keep your password safe, because you are responsible for what happens on your account.

2. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Kebo QR may offer paid subscription tiers granting access to premium features. By selecting a paid tier, you agree to pay the specified recurring fees. All payments are processed securely through our authorized third-party payment processors.

No Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle, but your account will remain active and you will retain access to the paid features until the end of your currently paid subscription period.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from creating QR codes, uploading media, or using the Service in any way that connects to, promotes, or facilitates:

Malware, viruses, or any malicious software.
Phishing sites, scams, or fraudulent activities.
Pornographic, sexually explicit, or highly offensive material.
Illegal content, activities, or transactions.
Spam, unsolicited marketing, or excessive bulk communications.
Doxxing, harassment, hate speech, or targeted attacks against individuals.

Kebo QR reserves the right to review, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts and disable associated QR codes immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a user has violated this Acceptable Use Policy.

Summary

Do not use our QR codes to link to bad stuff like malware, scams, illegal content, porn, or spam. If you do, we will delete your account and disable your codes.

4. Service Availability and Support

"As-Is" Service: The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, timeliness, or uninterrupted availability of the Service.

Best Efforts: While we do not offer a formal uptime guarantee or Service Level Agreement (SLA), we utilize industry-standard error logging and monitoring to do our best to keep Kebo QR fully functional and in good working order.

Support: If you experience issues and email our support team, we aim to reply within two (2) business days.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, in the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, USA.
