We may ask for certain information when you register for a Kebo QR account or interact with us (such as a username, your first and last names, physical and e-mail address).

We also collect any messages you send us through the Service (such as user feedback, search queries and prompts), and may collect information you provide in QR codes you post to the Service (such as text and photos you upload to use in your QR codes). We use this information to operate, maintain, improve and provide the features and functionality of the Service to you, to correspond with you, and to address any issues you raise about the Service.

If you don't provide your personal information to us, you may not be able to access or use our Service or your experience of using our Service may not be as enjoyable.

(b) Information we receive from third-party applications or services

Kebo QR may receive information about you from third-party services or our affiliates. This typically occurs when you interact with our Service through a third-party connection or login (such as Google OAuth), or when you link your account to Kebo QR.

(i) What we may receive:

When you connect a third-party service, they may share specific data with us, including:

• Your unique User ID associated with that account.
• The access tokens required to maintain the connection.
• Any information you have explicitly permitted that service to share.
• Publicly available information linked to that account.
• Your email address.
• Your profile image.

(ii) Managing Your Connection

We recommend reviewing and adjusting your privacy settings on any third-party platform before linking it to Kebo QR. You can disconnect these services at any time by updating your settings on the third-party platform. Once unlinked, we will no longer receive new information from that source.

(iii) App Integrations

If you use third-party integrations to enhance your QR codes, streamline your workflow, or share your content to social media, we may exchange data with those applications. Additionally, if you engage with us on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, we may receive details such as your username, photos, or videos you've shared with us regarding your experience with Kebo QR.

(c) Information we Collect from you Automatically

We will directly collect or generate certain information about your use of the Service (such as user activity data, analytics event data, and clickstream data) for data analytics and machine learning, and to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. We may also use third party analytics tools that automatically collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit and other information, that assists us in improving the Service.

(d) Cookies Information and Information Taken from Similar Technologies

• From our partners or your payment provider.

(g) Content Within your Account

We receive content that you create within Kebo QR and media you upload, such as images, documents, videos, and metadata about your content.

This information is not used for any purpose other than to provide Kebo QR services to you and the people interacting with your QR codes if you upload media to a QR code.

(a) Providing you with the Service

We use information about you to provide the Service to you. This includes allowing you to log in to Kebo QR, operating and maintaining the Service, giving you access to your QR codes, and billing you for transactions that you make via the Service.

(b) For Data Analytics

We use information about you to help us improve the Kebo QR Service and our users' experience, including by monitoring aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns.

(c) For Service Improvement

We may analyze your activity, content, and related data in your account to provide and customize the Service, and to train our algorithms, models and AI products and services using machine learning to develop, improve and provide our Service.

(d) To Communicate with you About the Service

We use your contact information to get in touch with you and to send communications about critical elements of the Service. For example, we may send you emails about technical issues, security alerts or administrative matters.

(e) To Promote and Drive Engagement with the Kebo QR Service

We may need to review your QR codes, styling, media, and related information, to support your request for help, correct general errors with the Kebo QR Service, or improve our services.

Kebo QR will use or disclose your information where we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement; (b) to enforce our Terms of Use or our Acceptable Use Policy or to protect the security or integrity of our Service; and/or (c) to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Kebo QR, our users or others.

3. Sharing your Information

In certain instances, it is necessary for us to share your information with third parties in order to provide the Service to you, to fulfill Kebo QR's legitimate business interests, or if you consent. We only share your information with third parties in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

(a) How we Share your Information

We share your information with Kebo QR affiliates and third-party service providers for the purpose of providing the Service to you, to facilitate Kebo QR's legitimate interests or if you consent. We require that such parties comply with applicable laws, and have security, privacy and data retention policies consistent with our policies to the extent necessary for them to perform a business or technology support function for us.

(b) How you Can Share your User Content

(i) Public Sharing

Any content that you voluntarily upload or generate in the Service, such as dynamic QR codes or media, becomes available to be read, collected and used by the public.

When uploading media, such as logos or files, this information becomes publicly available globally, searchable by other users and can be indexed by search engines.

If you or Kebo QR removes this information, either from account deletion, media deletion, or related activities, this information is immediately removed from public view and search results. However, it may take some time for search engines and other third parties to update their caches and remove any copies of this information from their systems. We cannot guarantee that deleted information will be completely removed from all third-party systems, but we will work to ensure that it is removed as quickly as possible.

(ii) Teams

If you are part of a Team, then any information or content that you create in, or share to, that Team or activity you take within the Team will be shared with other Team members and the Team Owner.

When a user is invited to a Team, an account is created for that user. Upon using the Service, all users are subject to the Privacy Policy. If the user does not wish to have a Kebo QR account, that user can request to have their information removed by either contacting Kebo QR support, by deleting the account through the Service, or contacting the Account/Team Owner to remove their account.

(c) Sharing in Connection with a Merger, Acquisition, or Reorganization

Kebo QR may also share, sell, or transfer your information to third parties in connection with or contemplation of (including as part of the due diligence process) any merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, bankruptcy or insolvency event involving Kebo QR or any portion of our assets, services or businesses. Information such as customer names and email addresses, User Content and other user information related to the Service may be among the items shared, sold or otherwise transferred in these types of transactions. You will be notified via email and/or a notice on the Service if such a transaction takes place and be given notice of any material changes to the way we handle your data under this policy.

(d) Sharing with Other Third Parties

Kebo QR will also share your information with third parties in certain circumstances, such as where you consent to our sharing it with a third party for a particular purpose. You or your account administrator may also choose to work with third-party products integrated into Kebo QR or third-party applications from within Kebo QR. We do not feature third-party advertisements on our platform, and we do not plan to introduce ads in the future. We are committed to providing a seamless and uninterrupted user experience, free from the distractions of advertising content. Our focus is on delivering a high-quality service without the need for ad placements.

Kebo QR does not sell or rent your personal information to third-party ad servers or networks for their own marketing purposes. This applies to data we collect from you directly as well as information we receive about you from other sources.

5. How we Transfer, Store and Protect your Data

Information collected through our Service is stored and processed in the United States. This includes any facilities, staff, or contractors managed by Kebo QR, our affiliates, or our service providers.

Note that disabling cookies prevents Kebo QR or its business partners from tracking your browser's activities in relation to the Service. However, doing so may disable many of the features available through the Service, such as remaining logged in to the Service.
